A cool, dark storage room Explanation: 冷暗所 is a "cool, dark place" in my dictionary, so it seems to me this probably means a storage room that is cool and dark but not necessarily like a fridge or freezer, whereas 冷凍倉庫 is cold storage. |

The difference between 冷凍倉庫 and 冷暗倉庫 is that the former means a freezing (or cold) storage warehouse, where the temperature would be less than 0 C, whereas the latter would be above 0 C, where the goods would NOT be frozen.
