English translation:an evening
Explanation:
I think you may have confused this word to read "tabe" instead of "yuube" meaning an evening? "夕" can be confused with a katakana word, "ta"

Hi, Varsha: This is no printing mistake. The kanji for "ゆう” is written as "夕”which looks exactly like "ta=タ" in katakana. Just a coincidence.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you so much. It could be their printing mistake too, since it clearly looks like 'tabe'!

Asker: May be or the print/scan quality wasn't good enough, I had zoomed it enough to see the difference between kanji and katakana letter.
