Explanation:
This is an obvious error in spacing the Japanese characters. It should be spaced as follows: ソーメン喰い 出汁. You are also missing the particle between the objects and the verb "to eat" but I can't say for sure without seeing this in context. There is no such thing as "Kuidashi".

That being said, and I don't mean to sound pompous or rude because I'm sure your Japanese level is high, but this is such an easily seen mistake and elementary question that it makes me wonder whether you should be translating agricultural documents. My advice is to stick with what you know.
