I understand from above that VPN and ISDN support large scale network concentrator but I am unable to understand the term "対地". My search leads me "Ground or Ground to Ground". I think that maybe it means "Interface". But I am not confident and don't know how else to come up with a comprehensible meaning of the term. Please help!
