Japanese term or phrase: 配置から逆平行型のホモダイマー
Hello - I am trying to find a suitable wording for this sentence:

また、KEα3は2量体を形成しており、その配向はGluとLysの配置から逆平行型のホモダイマーを形成しているものと考えられる。

KEα3 is a 21 residue polypeptide.

Thanks in advance...

English translation:forms a homodimer oriented antiparallel to/from the (position of the) Glu and Lys
Explanation:
As a possible suggestion, I would say something like "the KEα3 forms a homodimer oriented antiparallel to Glu and Lys". I am not sure if "location/position of Glu and Lys" is necessary here or not. Also, I think it could be "antiparallel to" or "antiparallel from" without much of a change in meaning. But what do you guys think?

Explanation:
In addition, KEƒ¿3 forms 2 dimers and the orientation forms an antiparallel homodimer from placements of Glu and Lys.

forms an anti-parallel homodimer linked via Glu and Lys(cysteine amino acid residues)

Explanation:
a first monomer read from the N-terminal amino acid residue to the C-terminal amino acid residue is aligned against a second monomer which is read from the C-terminal amino acid residue to the N-terminal amino acid residue ie in the opposite direction to that of the first peptide monomer; the two peptide monomers being linked through sulphur to sulphur bonds via the cysteine amino acid residues as described above for parallel or anti-parallel dimers of the invention....
