Japanese term or phrase: Driverの操作性フィーリングを有する
I haven't used 有する in this manner before and a literal translation comes off as clunky. Could it be translated as "takes into account" in this context?

"Driverの操作性フィーリング" sounds weird to me too when translated literally into English, at least when the source is a technical document. Is it basically saying "The driver's feelings as pertaining to the vehicle's maneuverability"?

English translation:Provides feeling of operation to the driver
Explanation:
What the sentence is talking about is not the drivers feelings but that he can "feel" operation of the wheels through the steering wheel. A better word than "feeling" would be "sense". However, more of the sentence and/or additional context is needed to provide a thorough answer.

If this is for a game, I would say something like "sensation" (Provides the driver with the sensation (or feeling) that he is driving a real car)

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks again Michael! This is indeed the full phrase, and has to do with actual cars (i.e. not games). The document focuses on yaw moments and braking in particular. I'll try to add additional context for any future questions I might ask.
