English translation: dislodgement of the housing off the inserted bush

Japanese term or phrase: インサートブッシュからのHousing脱落
New to technical translation - this is from an Excel spreadsheet I am working on, for the English division of a Japanese auto client.

I have "Housing loss from insert bush," but am not sure whether this is correct. (I have never heard of insert bush and can't find much on it).

Thank you.

English translation:dislodgement of the housing off the inserted bush
Explanation:
Although I don't know in what situation the housing can be dropped from the bush that has been inserted, the term seems to mean that. 脱落 should be along the lines of "coming off", "dropping", "dislodgement", etc.
