Automotive / Cars & Trucks / Tires and tread specifications
Japanese term or phrase: タシ
xx殿・暴露試験機タシ xx殿

This information comes in the "配布先" field, after a number of company divisions to whom this document will be sent. So It's basically a list of names. I assume that mr. xx operates the exposure test machine?

I am assuming that this means "plus", as in mr. xx as well as mr. xx, but perhaps I am missing something? I have seen this term before and I resigned myself to saying [sic.] last time. does anyone have a more concrete understanding?

thank you in advance!

Explanation:
It seems to separate the affiliation and name of the recipient so perhaps it could be short hand for ダーシ which is another way that ダッシュ dash is written (please see wikipedia article linked below).
