Japanese term or phrase:
I am translating a PDF presentation for an automotive company and I need help with the term This term appears in a section describing two types of tests that the automotive company has conducted.

Here is an example of the term in context.

My research attempts into this term have not produced anything usable, so far. I am hoping someone with more experience can point me in the right direction.

English translation:Koushio report
Explanation:
It is not a common name, but it is apparently a family name and also there is a place by that name in Niigata. The way it is used in your document means that there is some material (likely a report) prepared by Koushio.

Explanation:
Perhaps this document is not so commonly used. I also could not find it. However the literal meaning is "document written by Ko-ushio ".
