Priority management lot number Explanation: Could do with better context, but here goes. If you remove the 重点管理 at its head then 製番 is widely used and just means manufacturing lot number or order lot number. 重点管理 is trickier as 重点 is somewhat protean depending on context - high importance, high priority and so on - and is often simply redundant. However, the usage I heard most often was 重点製品 for key product. So, lacking further context I would infer that there are certain items that are special in some way (high profit or high demand, difficult to manufacture, loss-making) and the lot number is used to track these and give them special attention.
