a "bolla" em italiano tem também o significado de "livella" que em português é o nivelador ou nível de bolha de ar.

"Mettere in bolla" ou "Essere in bolla" significa que o motor ou qualquer outro objecto deve estar perfeitamente nivelado na horizontal.
