in Senf eingelegtes Gemüse / Senfgemüse Explanation: I'd prefer this version because I think what is meant here is mustard pickled vegetables or simply mustard pickles. The term Senfsyrup (which by the way is spelled Senfsirup) has a strong connotation of sweetness to it. Another possibility is Senfgemüse. This is a rather straightforward translation close to the Italian term. |
