In nachfolgendem Satz finde ich keinen passenden Ausdruck für Orientamento bzw. frage ich mich, wer oder was hier "non garantisce", d.h. mir fehlt das Subjekt. Hat da jemand eine Idee ?

La confezione e l’etichetta mettono in evidenza ripetutamente l’indicazione “xy” impiegando commercialmente un termine di una denominazione registrata, usurpando, imitando ed evocando false ed ingannevoli indicazioni che possono arrecare un danno alla stessa denominazione d’origine, sfruttando la reputazione della denominazione protetta; inoltre nello stesso tempo *non garantisce l’orientamento* del consumatore finale, che non è messo in condizione di poter orientare legittimamente le sue scelte senza minimamente rischiare di essere indotto in errore o di essere fuorviato.
