Dieser Satz stammt aus einer E-Mail, in der es um den Verkauf einer Eigentumswohnung in Italien geht. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was mit "serrata" in diesem Zusammenhang gemeint ist. Vielleicht einfach, dass die Summe dort verwahrt wird (Treuhandkonto)? Für hilfreiche Hinweise wäre ich sehr dankbar.
