Hallo, wie lautet der dt. Begriff für carenza' contrattuale. Ich komme leider im Moment einfach nicht darauf. Im Versicherungslexikon wird Folgendes erklärt:

Periodo di tempo che intercorre tra la data di stipulazione della polizza e l'effettiva decorrenza della garanzia. È anche detto periodo di ‘carenza' contrattuale

Periodo di carenza contrattuale

Quando si parla di carenza nel linguaggio delle assicurazioni si intende il periodo di tempo compreso tra la data in cui firmiamo una polizza e quella in cui risultiamo a tutti gli effetti assicurati. Si tratta di una clausola presente di molti contratti di assicurazione e serve ad evitare che una persona stipuli una polizza essendo già a conoscenza di un problema da affrontare. Generalmente la carenza ha una durata di tre mesi a partire dalla data in cui si stipula il contratto.
