Es geht um Goethes Prinzip der Urpflanze.
Habe erst mit Ast übersetzt, denke aber jetzt, dass ich damit auf dem Holzweg bin.
Lo schema strutturale della pianta ( stelo che cresce verso l’ alto con nodi, ognuno dei quali dà origine a foglie e rami) è considerato da Goethe analogo allo schema strutturale dell’ animale ( colonna vertebrale composta da vari “nodi”, dal più alto dei quali si è svilluppato il cranio.
