Normalement en IT le soprasella, c'est la zone anatomique qui est en contact avec la selle, mais ici de toute évidence le mot désigne simplement la zone supérieure de la selle/dessus de selle. Je pense toutefois qu'appui fessier pourrait rendre l'idée
