Quelqu'un aurait une idée pour la traduction de "pre-fisicità" dans la phrase suivante :

"Dal punto di vista organizzativo, al di là del board dei direttori, ci saranno i team già composti, e sono improntati a una pre-fisicità dell'appartenenza, da parte delle due società, in particolare il CFO, cioè il responsabile finanza, apparterrà a XXX e invece la responsabile per quello che riguarda sales & marketing, cioè l'attività di vendita, avrà un'origine YYY"

= seront physiquement respectivement représentées... ??

Riguarda secondo me la distribuzione dei posti all'interno dei team, numericamente « equa » a prescindere dalle persone fisiche: il posto di responsabile x è assegnato alla società XXX e il posto di responsabile y all’altra.

Tradurrei:

"dont les postes seront préalablement partagés entre les deux sociétés (assignés à l’une et à l’autre société) abstraction faite des personnes physiques"
