"Costituiscono procuratore speciale il nominato difensore affinché partecipi (...) conferendole all'uopo ogni necessaria ed opportuna facoltà, ivi compresa, quella di aderire al procedimento (...) transigere e conciliare la controversia alle migliori condizioni possibili, sottoscrivere quietanze liberatorie, sottoscrivere dichiarazioni e verbali, (...)"
