lorsqu'on parle de la "provincia di Milano" peut on parler de la région de Milan? cela me semble incorrect de traduire par la province de Milan étant donné qu'en français la province c'est tout ce qui n'est pas Paris. Merci

On parle bien de dipartimenti quand on évoque le découpage français en italien...
