Je traduis le procès-verbal de l'évaluation de la valeur marchande d'un bâtiment.

Je pense à "zone de protection routière" ou quelque chose du genre pour "fascia di rispetto stradale" mais me demande s'il existe un terme plus approprié sachant qu'il y a dans la même phrase "fasce panoramiche autostradali".

"Inoltre, per quanto concerne i vincoli gravanti sull'immobile, l'area scoperta ricade per circa il 50% nella ***fascia di rispetto stradale***, di ampiezza AA m, e il fabbricato ricade quasi interamente nella zona di rispetto alle fasce panoramiche autostradali XXX-VVV, di ampiezza BB m."
