Italian term or phrase: affido familiare a minori
'affido familiare a minori' is the heading of an Italian certificate regarding guardianship of a minor. I am thinking along the lines of 'Family Guardianship of Minor'

Care of Minor in the Family

Explanation:
This should be "famigliare" and the "a" is very strange. Shouldn't it be "di"?

According to the link below, "L’AFFIDAMENTO FAMIGLIARE" can either be with relatives (to the fourth degree" or with a foster family.

agree  Wolfgang Hager: Affidamento critical term in this Certificate. "Allocation"? "Entrustment"?

agree  texjax DDS PhD: Agree. However, given that foster care implies minors by definition, "for minors" is pleonastic IMHO.
