Italian term or phrase: e.s.m.e. i.
Hi all -

I was wondering if anyone can tell me what these letters stand for. They appear after a legislative decree number in the fine print at the bottom of some Italian documents, legal and otherwise.

Sometimes they appear without the periods such as: e s m e i

In the document I am translating it reads "Ai sensi del D. Lgs. 196/2003 e.s.m.e.i.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
