In a list of issues treated an orthopaedics and traumatological accident and emergency centre.

In particular I'm wandering what o.s stands for here?

English translation:Myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) with panvertebral involvement
Explanation:
panvertebral pain = bilateral paravertebral pain + pain across the spine

My previous answer did not include pain across the spine what "pan" suggests (I misread it as para-vertebral on first reading).

Anyways, since there is no panvertebral pain syndrome as a term in EN, I decided to offer a descriptive term. Btw, medical jargon likes "involvement"

It turns out o.s. stands for "o simili" (or similar). I decided to exercise caution and provide a more generic and literal translation. Thank you, everyone, for your input!
