The first of three issues with this sentence!

From a report on a patient with lung cancer and bone metastases. The opacity in question is a cavitary nodule - see this link ( https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6100641/) for more info.

"A livello toracico in sede postero-basale nel lobo inferiore del polmone di destra l'opacità associata a stria distelettasica di raccordo con la pleura posteriore presenta diametro trasverso di 38 mm per minimo incremento, ***anche attuale***, delle sola centralità escavativa con spessore del cercine inalterato subcentimetrico."

What do they mean precisely by "attuale incremento" here? This is a follow up to a CT scan performed a couple of months ago.
