Descrizione della funzione del preposto in una procedura aziendale: "Il preposto, così come definito nel D.Lgs. 81/2008, è colui che, in ragione delle competenze professionali e nei limiti dei poteri gerarchici e funzionali conferitigli, sovrintende all’attività lavorativa e garantisce l’attuazione delle direttive ricevute.
Nei cantieri, il Site Manager (SM) è la persona designata a rappresentare la Società nei luoghi di lavoro presso siti di terzi e ricopre la funzione di preposto di cantiere ai sensi del D.Lgs. 81/2008.
Presso i siti produttivi, la funzione di preposto è ricoperta dai capireparto."
Quindi nei cantieri il preposto è il Site Manager, mentre presso i siti produttivi la funzione è assegnata ai vari capireparto.
Poiché nella procedura esiste anche la funzione del Supervisore, a un livello inferiore della gerarchia, non posso tradurre "preposto" con "Supervisor".
Quale potrebbe essere una traduzione corretta? Le altre soluzioni proposte su questo sito in precedenza non mi sembrano applicabili a questo contesto.

THIS IS WRONG. THE RSPP is the safety officer. The preposto here is any supervisor.
e) «preposto»: persona che, in ragione delle competenze professionali e nei limiti di poteri gerarchici e funzionali
adeguati alla natura dell’incarico conferitogli, sovrintende alla attività lavorativa e garantisce l’attuazione delle
direttive ricevute, controllandone la corretta esecuzione da parte dei lavoratori ed esercitando un funzionale
potere di iniziativa;
f) «responsabile del servizio di prevenzione e protezione»: persona in possesso delle capacità e dei requisiti
professionali di cui all’articolo 32 designata dal datore di lavoro, a cui risponde, per coordinare il servizio di
prevenzione e protezione dai rischi;

Asker: Your solution makes sense to me, but there's another position within the Company, called "Dirigente per la Sicurezza", which I would translate as "Safety Officer". That's why I'm struggling with Preposto this time...

Asker: Grazie, ma come ho spiegato sopra non posso tradurlo come "Supervisor" e le altre soluzioni proposte in precedenza non mi sembrano del tutto applicabili al contesto della procedura che sto traducendo.
