Italian term or phrase: l’Ordine di riscontro
Italian is not one of my working languages. However, this term appears in a Spanish document I'm translating about electronic ordering procedures in Italy, and I'm curious to know the translation in English.

• Ordinazione semplice: un solo documento, Pedido electrónico.
• Ordinazione completa: tres documentos, l’Ordine, la Risposta e ***l’Ordine di riscontro.***
• Ordinazione pre-acordado: dos documentos, l’Ordine pre-concordato e l’Ordine di riscontro.

English translation:Order confirmation
Explanation:
I don't know much about accounting, but a 'riscontro' is a response, validation or some sort of feedback usually. I'm guessing this is a confirmation of the original order, given after having seen the quotation from a supplier or something.
Looks like the original Italian is here: https://www.edicomgroup.com/it_IT/news/12283-ordini-elettron...
Maybe you can find a more precise answer on the PEPPOL website https://peppol.eu/what-is-peppol/peppol-transport-infrastruc...

I don't think there is a set phrase to be honest. If you google "Ordine di riscontro" with the quotes you get very few hits, the first one being that site with the original Italian version of the text.
I also found this PDF: http://www.rgs.tesoro.it/_Documenti/VERSIONE-I/e-GOVERNME1/a...
which specifies: "Ordine di riscontro, il Documento con cui il Cliente conferma, declina o sostituisce una Risposta o un Ordine pre-concordato del Fornitore"

That is, "the document by which the client confirms, rejects or replaces a response or a predetermined order with the supplier."

Notes to answerer
Asker: I looked up "riscontro" and most of the definitions referred to some sort of comparison/checking/crosschecking, but I really need to know the specific set phrase for this particular official document. It may be country-specific to Italy.
