Oltre a fungere da sportelli informativi sulle BIOMASSE, presso i Biomass Energy Points verrà istituito un Club permanente di confronto fra i produttori greci e italiani di biomasse che agirà come forum virtuale e reale con l’obiettivo di dare vita ad una vera e propria community transnazionale e interregionale di scambio sulle biomasse.

I'm rather stuck on a term for this - the best I can come up with is "Permanent Comparison Group", but I don't like it at all. Any suggestions? It comes from a report on developing the use of biomass as an energy source.
