The full text, as part of an insurance policy, reads "La Società fa presente che il limite della misura della maggiorazione sul Controvalore del Contratto di 50.000,00 Euro è da intendersi per singola testa assicurata, indipendentemente dal numero di contratti xxx stipulati con la Società e afferenti al medesimo Assicurato." for each individual insured person
Explanation:
Alternative (more ambiguous): for each individual insured.
(I do not think "testa" refers to a juridical person as well as a natural person, but this is insurance jargon so more research might be needed.)

neutral  philgoddard: "Each individual person" is a tautology. Just "per insured" is all you need to say.

-> I included "person" because I believe that juridical persons are NOT intended to be included. This is based on the wording itself and also on experience.
