payments not collected Explanation: For anything better you need to ask the Funzione Controllo Reti. These "titoli" are clearly pieces of paper which give a right to receive a payment which could be anything from a letter (we have agreed to pay your claim) to a cheque or a contract. I have looked through the bilingual version of the IDD (Insurance Distribution Directive) and can find no list of these indicators: no loss ratio, no fraudulent claims etc. However these are checks on the reti, the distribution network, mainly on claims, but just might be on premiums. The answer given covers all possible payments and uses the word "collected" which would cover people not actually attempting to collect a payment (e.g. a payee not paying in a cheque) and people not making payments (a bounced cheque not nonoured). Bottom line: telephone the author. |
