Italian term or phrase: aventi causa
This is from a legal clause about billing, credits and advertising for the director of a film being made and released.

There are lots of existing Kudoz entries for this, most of which suggest "assignee", but in this cause would it be relating to "licensees"? Or would "assignee" do?
