Clelia non si preoccupi di narrarne la bellezza o il carattere (esperienze tipiche dei ritratti), quanto piuttosto di lasciar emergere individuali sensazioni, umori privati e succhi cadenzati,...

I guess this is something about what is in the core/essence of the faces, but with "cadenzati" I don't know where to go with it exactly.

Rhythmic secretions/outpourings
Explanation:
It's a difficult one to translate literally...all very metaphorical...as it comes after moods and sensations I'd say it's akin to letting the inner part of the artist out ooze out bit by bit onto the canvas in an almost involuntary manner...spilling the 'juice'.

I chose Secretions instead of juices as in hormonal secretions (involuntary)/or outpourings as in emotional outpourings

Notes to answerer
Asker: Do you think "lyrical outpourings" works as well? I find "rhythmic" doesn't match the rest of the paragraph, though I do get your usage here.

agree  Shabelula: https://context.reverso.net/traduzione/italiano-inglese/cade... - succo also refers to "excerpts/summary" , especially when summarising orally something and getting straight to the point (il succo del discorso)
