Italian term or phrase: banco di potenza
I am translating a prospectus for a company in the aeronautical industry, specialising in the manufacturing of aircraft engines.

In a section on research and development that lists the projects the company has been involved in:

I have been looking at websites such as this one: http://www.romaenginery.com/it/Prodotti/Sommatori_TX/Sommato... but I still don't know what a "banco di potenza" is, or how it should be translated
