Context: Solo la prova, che sicuramente fa capo a chi invoca il principio dell'esaurimento del marchio, potrebbe fondare gli assunti di colui che contesta la contraffazione.

Italiaanse definitie: Il titolare di un marchio d'impresa registrato non può vietarne l'uso per prodotti immessi in commercio nella Comunità Economica Europea con detto marchio, dal titolare stesso o con il suo consenso.
