This is the first phase of congestive heart failure.
It represents pulmonary venous hypertension.
Cephalization: Vessels in upper chest is more prominent as a manifestation of pulmonary venous hypertension.
Note the blood vessels are more prominent in the upper lung fields compared to the lung base, just the opposite of normal.

  -> Köszönöm! Az adott szövegkörnyezetre való tekintettel igyekeztem minél tömörebben fogalmazni. Angol leleteken gyakran még a "blood" sem szerepel, csak simán "vessel" (pattern meg végképp nem) talán hely- vagy időhiány miatt...
disagree  JANOS SAMU: A more prominent azt jelenti, hogy jobban kiemelkedik. A röntgen viszont kétdimenziós és itt a prominent nem helyes a fokozottabra. A vérerek jobban kitüremkednek a fordításod szerint. Fenntartom a véleményemet.

disagree  Ildiko Santana: vasculature magyarul érhálózat - angol jelentése "the disposition or arrangement of blood vessels in an organ or a body part"- érrajzolat ennek vizuális megjelenése, pl. fokozott, elmosott, halvány, sőt néha eltűnik (nyilván nem maguk az erek tűnnek el)
