I think I understood that 'dekompenzalt' can mean that someone show signs of heart failure, but what does it mean here?

bal váll 2 cm-el alacsonyabban áll. Cristák egyszintben, felsőtest balra 2,5 cm-el dekompenzált, ellapult fiz görbületek. A gerincen kif jobbra konvex héti scoliosis, bordapúp 3 cm.
