Hindi term or phrase: namsach
I am not quit sure of the spelling but I believe it's origin is that of summerian or that of another antiquity. I also believe it's conext is in relation to either theology or creationism, but that too I am not a hundred percent sure of.

ram nam sach hai ?

Explanation:
Four men were bearing a stretcher with a body enshrouded in white, singing "Ram nam sach hai! Ram nam sach hai!" -- The name of God is truth! -- making their way between the pyres and passing down the steps to the banks. There they lowered the stretcher through the mist into the water, then raised it, shouldered it and started back, resuming their chant: "Ram nam sach hai! Ram nam sach hai!"

Also, Nam Sach - a district in Vietnam

neutral  Shruti Nagar: the phrase Daniela has mentioned, is HIndi language. No Sumerian connection here. These are two words, Nam=name and Sach=truth.
