information from the Title Register and information from the Condominium Register Explanation: פנקס הזכויות is what in the UK is called a "title register" (http://www.landregistry.gov.uk/public/faqs/what-is-a-registe... also see: http://freeacademic.com/product.php?id_product=1877 (where it is called "title registration", however this is usually seen as "מרשם הזכויות", for example in: http://www.nadlanews.co.il/מאמרים/tabid/152/articleType/Arti... ...so it stands to reason that "פנקס הזכויות" can be reliably translated as "title register". We don't really have a "Condominium Register" but other commonwealth countries, such as Canada, does. It has also been asked before, Ron Armon suggested "Condominium Record" and I think this is equally valid. Since there appears to be no "official" translation out there, you can choose the exact wording to suit your personal preference (record, register or whatever). http://heb.proz.com/kudoz/hebrew_to_english/law_general/3814... Hope this helps. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 41 mins (2013-07-27 21:16:37 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Note: I'd agree with Gad in that "information" need not be repeated. |
