When "האחרון" refers simply to the last entity mentioned, or to the last in a series of more than two, "last" is used. Here, though, depending on the context, you might consider using "he" or "she," since it is not common nowadays to use "last" in such a context when only one entity is being discussed, and this likely would come off as stilted. - "Inform" is not used without an indirect object (here, the person being informed). "Indicate" and "note" are valid options. - In English, the verb should be in the present tense, as is the general convention for the content of documents. |
