Can anyone transliterate the words on this picture?

http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Kaphtziel.jpg

Does it contain the three three names: Senoy, Sansenoy, and Semangelof?

English translation:Not the angels you mention
Explanation:
No - It has nothing to do with the 3 angels Senoy, Sansenoy, and Semangelof.

It shows 4 names of the lord on the sides,
and in the middle (top and bottom) the name of the angel Kaphtziel,
and only one more name/word I can't decypher in the center.

Hi. I'll try to help:
If the amulet is devoted to the angel KAPHTZIEL, it may refer to one of the things that this (rare, in scripts) angel symbolizes:
1. Amulets with KAPHTZIEL are related to the planet venus (whatever that may mean in astronomy/astrology...)
www.hebrewbooks.org/pagefeed/hebrewbooks_org_3682_111.pdf
2. KAPHTZIEL (as is encoded in the Hebrew letters it stems from) relates to the "Kphitzat Ha'Derekh" - A miraculous leap over a huge distance in space in the Jewish folklore.

Sorry -
Other sources (that look better) state that KAPHTZIEL symbolizes Saturn, not Venus.
