Just sign the release form. Explanation: I am just guessing, but sometimes I'm a good guesser. When talking about insurance, shichrur means "release", where the insurance company releases the money so you get it. Often, arriving at that stage involves a long process of proving to the insurance company that you deserve the money. Here, assuming, as I am, that this is an advertisment (and there isn't much context being offered), they are so trusting, and they so believe in people, that they take your word for it. Does this sound plausible? |
