Spreader
Explanation:
I found an agricultural company who sell these. From comparing their English and Hebrew sites it seems like they translate ממטירון as "spreader".
The model I found and attached a link to referred to a "static spreader".

Hebrew:
"ממטירון ידידותי וקל לשימוש המצוייד בסט מגוון של מפזרים וסביבונים "
English:
"User-friendly static spreaders and swivel micro-sprinklers"

Hope this helps.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks, Meir but this has nothing to do with fire suppression - it's about agricultural sprinkling. It could very well be sprinklers, but I'll wait to see if there are other suggestions.

Asker: You have no idea how this helps!!! This is probably it because I now found that towards the end of my document it mentions this company... Thanks for the research :-)

agree  Sandra & Kenneth Grossman: I would consider "micro-sprinklers" - "spreaders and swivel micro-sprinklers" would be "מפזרים וסביבונים" - see pic. of spreaders in cat.
