Spreader Explanation: I found an agricultural company who sell these. From comparing their English and Hebrew sites it seems like they translate ממטירון as "spreader". The model I found and attached a link to referred to a "static spreader". Hebrew: "ממטירון ידידותי וקל לשימוש המצוייד בסט מגוון של מפזרים וסביבונים " English: "User-friendly static spreaders and swivel micro-sprinklers" Hope this helps.
