I just got contacted by the client and found out that he/she calls it PROPERTY LISTING ORDER. I don't really know if such a term appears outside of Greek brokers translating their own papers to English, but anyways, I'm going to close this question now - which was already quite "narrow", contextually speaking, in the first place - and go with the alternative that the client provided.

It would probably be the latter, i.e., “Property Viewing Instructions”, because “Property Viewing Order” probably refers to the order in which the properties are to be viewed.

Good afternoon Transphy, I see you are in one of your customary argumentative moods again today. It is perfectly reasonable for an agent who is instructed to show someone a property or a number of properties to be instructed to recommend or to suggest a property to a prospective buyer. Why not let m_a_a_ decide for himself which answer he considers to be more probable instead of constantly criticising other people's answers? I could do the same regarding your answer, but I respect the fact that you are entitled to your opinion as much as anybody else. Please show me the same courtesy.

How can anybody come and suggest that, that means, either 'recommend', or 'suggest' or whatever else, when it clearly says to 'show'. Estate Agents, as people should know, when one wants to see a property, either to rent or to buy, they say, we will arrange a 'viewing', lets go and 'view' the property. The expression pertinent to this is 'to view' and not 'recommend' or 'suggest' the latter 2 are quite different. I can recommend a property but to see it one has to arrange for a 'viewing'.
In the Dictionary, Mr. Close, one can find many ways of saying the same thing, but of different meanings. An old School boy, once wrote to his School wanting his 'συστατικά'. He chose 'ingredients', from the dictionary in preference to 'certificates'. I rest my case. Over and out!!!

It's a contract. The title of the document reads:
ΣΥΜΒΑΣΗ ΜΕΣΙΤΕΙΑΣ /line break/ ΕΝΤΟΛΗ ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗΣ ΑΚΙΝΗΤΟΥ.
It's formally binding the prospective investor to pay a certain fee - described later on - to the brokers, in addition to ordering the latter to show him/her some properties.

Intimation, hint, suggestion, pointer, indication 2. Advice, recommendation 3. Nomination, designation. The same dictionary gives the meanings of ‘υποδείχνω’ to be: 1. Point out, indicate, sign, signal 2. Intimate, hint, suggest 3. Advise, recommend 4. Nominate, designate. Therefore, without adequate context, there are many possible answers.
