Reference: Prothombin time (quick) Reference information: This has been answered before See: https://www.proz.com/kudoz/greek-to-english/medical-general/... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 23 mins (2021-01-06 11:32:38 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- If the above link doesn't work, enter the three words in the https://www.proz.com/search/ search box, select Greek to English and click on 'Search'. The answer the second in the list of results. The question was asked by Dylan Edwards and answered by Philip Lees. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2021-01-06 12:13:41 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Philip answers ‘both’ questions by saying that the difference is simply Patient vs. Control, and that ‘εξετασθέντος’ refers to the patient, or examinee, as opposed to the control. So ‘χρόνος (quick) εξετασθέντος’ would be prothrombin time (quick) of the patient, and ‘χρόνος (quick) μαρτύρος’ would be prothrombin time (quick) of the control. Alternatively, you could write ‘χρόνος (quick) εξετασθέντος’ as 'patient's prothombin time (quick). |
