settlements or seizures and foreclosures Explanation: The term "συμβιβασμός" is an easy one. However, the term "κατάσχεση" is one of the most difficult ones to match, as it can mean both a seizure (of movable property, even of cash) or foreclosure (of real estate). So, my suggestion would be to translate "ενεργεί συμβιβασμούς ή κατασχέσεις" as "to reach settlements or to seize and foreclose". The Stamelos-Chatzimanoli legal dictionary also suggests the term "arrest" and "attachment", but the latter terms may be misinterpreted by the reader of the translation.
