Greek term or phrase: άκυροι ή εκποιή
From General PoA

English translation:to invalidate, withdraw or transfer mortgages
Explanation:
The term "άκυροι" (which should be "ακυροί", i.e. the accent should be on the last letter) is a broad one. A mortgage can be invalidated (for example if it is found that its terms were abusive or void or voidable - άκυροι ή ακυρώσιμοι) or withdrawn, for example if the loan is paid in full.
A mortgage can also be transferred to another person, if both parties agree, or if, for example, one sells or transfers the property.
