| Reference: ΝΔ 721/1970 Περί Οικονομικής μέριμνας και λογιστικού των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων Reference information: Από το σχετικό ΝΔ 721/1970, φαίνεται ότι "μέριμνα" εννοούν όλες τις ενέργειες που συνδέονται με την οικονομική δραστηριότητα των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων. Επίσης, ίσως το "λογιστικό" μπορεί να εννοεί κάτι ευρύτερο από τη λογιστική καταγραφή. "1. Η Οικονομική μέριμνα των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων είναι το σύνολον των ενεργειών, δι` ων εκδηλούται η οικονομική δραστηριότης των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων, η συνδεδεμένη με την εξεύρεσιν, απόκτησιν, διαχείρισιν, διάθεσιν και γενικώτερον διοίκησιν των απαιτουμένων μέσων διά την οικονομικήν υποστήριξιν τούτων, επί τω σκοπώ πραγματοποιήσεως της αποστολής των. 2. Αι μέθοδοι, αι διαδικασίαι και τα συστήματα οικονομικής μερίμνης αποτελούν το Λογιστικόν των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων, το οποίον περιλαμβάνει: α. Τους όρους εξευρέσεως των μέσων προς οικονομικήν υποστήριξιν των Ενόπλων Δυνάμενων. β. Τους όρους ενεργείας της διαχειρίσεως των ανωτέρω μέσων, ως και της λογιστικής παρακολουθήσεως της εκμεταλλεύσεως τούτων διά την υποστήριξιν των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων προς εκπλήρωσιν της αποστολής των. γ. Το τρόπον διαθέσεως των μέσων, ως και τον τρόπον καθ` όν αι : Ένοπλοι Δυνάμεις συναλλάσσονται και συμβάλλονται γενικώς. δ. Τας αρμοδιότητας των εντεταλμένων οργάνων, άτινα ασχολούνται με την εξεύρεσιν, απόκτησιν, διαχείρισιν και διάθεσιν των μέσων, ως και την λογιστικήν παρακολούθησιν της εκμεταλλεύσεως τούτων, τας ειδικωτέρας ευθύνας αυτών, τον τρόπον αποδόσεως λογαριασμού, τον τρόπον γενικωτέρου ελέγχου της οικονομικής δραστηριότητος και την διαδικασίαν καταλογισμού ευθυνών. ε.
