German term or phrase: Rektionskost
"Bei bekannter Adipositas Grad II wurde eine **Rektionskost** und eine ballaststoffreiche Kost eingeleitet."
Ich gehe davon aus, dass sich da womöglich ein Tippfehler eingeschlichen hat ("wurde" sollte auch "wurden" heißen) und dass dabei eigentlich "Reduktionskost" gemeint ist.
Ich schließe allerdings nicht gänzlich aus, dass das Wort eine Art "Beherrschungskost" (Rektion->regere -> herrschen/beherrschen) bezeichnen könnte. Der Patientin wird nämlich in diesem Rahmen auch Psychotherapie angeboten.
Hat jemand von Euch "Rektionskost" schon jemals gehört/gelesen? Vielen lieben Dank im Voraus.

Okay, I know you didn't ask for a translation, but it's all part of the service. As commented above, this is possibly a way to go. I think the ST is a little adrift, as I hardly think an adipositas sufferer would be given a "corrective diet" AND a "high-fibre diet"!!! I guess the word "und" has slipped in by mistake; it should perhaps have read "eine Rektionskost, d.h., eine ballaststoffreiche Kost ..."

But since this is presumably an Austrian text, I feel the likelihood of a typing error is possibly not that great in this case.
