Operationsindikation:
Die Patientin ist vor etwa 1 Woche gestürzt und hat sich einerseits eine intracerebrale Blutung, andererseits eine Patellatrümmerfraktur mit einer Rissquetschwunde etwas auf der Höhe der Tuberositas Tibiae auf der linken Seite zugezogen.
Aufgrund der intracraniellen Situation wurde die Zeit abgewartet, nun ist die Patientin vollkommen stabil, sodass eine Osteosynthese der Patella stattfinden kann.

Ich habe erst später bemerkt, dass es um eine DE>DE-Frage geht.
Allerdings ändert sich nichts: ich denke, wie von Andrea auch vermutet, dass es sich um ein Formular handelt; CDC ist als Abkürzung für "Centers for Disease Control and Prevention" auch in dt. Fachkreisen bekannt und so verwendet...
