German term or phrase: genügen
I am translating a German text written by a Romanian native. Most of the text is fine but genügen in this context I cannot make head or tail of. Could anyone think what this could mean here?

This is about a JV between an Austrian company and a local company in Bucharest which requires government intervention. The letter discusses certain contractual arrangements.

SEHR WICHTIG. DIE LEUTE VON ABC SIND GENAU DIE GENUEGEN DIE AUCH DEN VERTRAG UNDERSCHREIBEN MUESSEN BZW. DIE NOTWENDIGE DOKUMENTE FUER XYZ VORBEREITEN WERDEN.

Die Genügen ist ein völlig sinnloses Wort an der Stelle im Satz.
Phonetisch ist es aber nicht so weit weg von die jenigen. Wie ist die Übersetzung zustande gekommen?
Vielleicht wurde akustisch das Wort falsch verstanden???

agree  Michaela Müller: Wäre auch meine Vermutung - vielleicht lag der Text handschriftlich vor, wurde mit OCR umgewandelt und bei der Korrektur wurde einiges übersehen. Die Wege des Quelltextes sind manchmal unergründlich ;-)
